Cheryl's been my personal trainer for a couple of years so for me this was an exciting project - not only a subject I am passionate about, but knowing her process and what it's like to work with a personal trainer gave me the inside track.

The biggest challenge was balancing the four aspects of the business. Having use of some incredible photos made the process a lot easier though!
